We offer a variety of services to our
clients in addition to the traditional audit, review, compilation and tax
return. We assist our clients as consultants, temporary bookkeepers, part-time controllers, and budgeting forecasters. There may come a time when you need
assistance with your books and records and related general ledger
accounts. Our experienced staff is
equipped to help solve your problems quickly, painlessly, accurately and
efficiently. We have assisted clients
with the following matters: · Completion of difficult bank
reconciliations · Preparation of subsidiary general
ledger schedules · Preparation of fixed asset and
related depreciation schedules · Implementation of a new chart of
accounts · Creation of budgets and forecasts · Establishing new accounting
policies and procedures We also assist our clients by performing
certain Agreed Upon Procedures when circumstances require it. For example, we have assisted clients by
(1) looking at internal controls over cash, (2) reviewing specific
disbursements in an accounting transaction, (3) recalculating profits
pertaining to partnership profit-sharing arrangements, and (4) documenting
accounting policies and procedures.
Agreed Upon Procedures can be applied to almost any accounting or
operational problem you may have. QuickbooksWe have assisted our clients with the
implementation of Quickbooks, including installation, creation of company
data files, and transaction input.
Many of our nonprofit clients utilize Quickbooks because it is an
efficient and effective low-cost accounting solution. We can assist you with all versions of
Quickbooks, including versions 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007,
2008 and 2009 for Windows and all versions of Quickbooks for MacIntosh. |
